Omsk residents seek help in the Client Service Center

In 2009 the Client Service Center (CSC) of Omskenergo, a branch of IDGC Siberia, helped over than 10 thousand consumers. Prompt solutions were found for all issues.

The largest amount of inquiries received relate to the network connection to electric grids of Omskenergo. This service has been rendered since April 2009. 715 network connection applications were processed over 9 months, which accounts for 62% of all network connection applications processed by Omskenergo last year.

Focus on clients is an important goal of Omskenergo’s business. The Client Service Center designs and installs metering systems and instruments, repairs grids, and carries out current or emergency maintenance of electric utility and metering equipment.

From October 2009 clients have access to online information from the electronic announcement board of the managing company Zhilishchnik-6. They can inquire the operator on the details of fee payment, application of tariffs and on other issues.

The CSC’s employees receive messages on electricity supply failures and unauthorized electricity consumption. This year the CSC is planning to expand the range of its services, including carrying out inspections and providing services in residential communities to ensure energy saving and support the execution of engineering documents by both corporate and retail consumers.
